Study spaces are available on all three floors of the Library; spaces are progressively quieter with each floor. Tables and various seating options, for group or individual study, are available on a first come, first served basis, and there are many locations with power outlets to charge your devices. There are also standing desks and a computer on a standing workstation if you want to avoid too much sitting.
Study rooms are available on the first and second floors; reservations are strongly encouraged.
If you have been sitting too long, try our standing options! Standing desks are available on the first and second floors.

A standing computer is available on the second floor, outside study rooms Y-206/207.

Studying with kids can be a challenge! The Kirk Tyree Family Study Space, located in the Youth Collection on the 2nd floor, offers a welcoming environment for student parents. Children can enjoy books, toys, and educational materials while you focus on your studies. Changing tables are available in the first and second floor restrooms. This area is located behind the elevators and past the CD and Media Collections.

Santa Fe College students may use the University of Florida study spaces, including the Newell Hall study center. An SF ID is required for entrance.
