The Tyree Library has over 160,000 print and electronic books in its collection. As a student at Santa Fe College, you can borrow books, read eBooks online, and access materials on course reserve from the Library. You may use your SF ID card to check out library materials.
Access the library catalog by clicking the Catalog link from the Library's homepage.
Type in your search terms.
For more specific books about a country, change the Keyword drop-down to Subject.
For books you wish to obtain, write down the call number.
You may click the title of a book to learn more about it, and identify subjects. Subjects are more precise ways to search, and will allow you to find more specific books about your topic. You may click the subjects in the record, or paste them into the search box and change the drop-down to Subject Heading.

To limit your search for eBooks, change the Library Catalog option in the search bar to eBooks.
eBooks have a Book header and an Available Online link. Click that link to access the full text. Log in with your Office 365 account if prompted. For more information about using eBooks, please watch our video tutorial.
