Early Voting

Early Voting at the Santa Fe Campus

The Early Voting period for the 2024 Primary Election will be October 21 - November 2, all registered voters in Alachua County will be able to vote early at any of the county’s eight early voting locations between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Starting with the Primary Election, Santa Fe College Northwest Campus Room S-029 will be an Early Voting location.

REGISTER TO VOTE ONLINE in Florida.

 

Your voters registration must be submitted online or postmarked no later than Monday, October 7 to vote in the November Elections.

 

 

To register to vote in Florida you must be:

  • 18 years of age (A person may pre-register on or after their 16th birthday, but must be 18 to vote.)
  • a citizen of the United States
  • a legal resident of Florida

The following persons are not entitled to register or to vote:

  • Persons adjudicated mentally incompetent with respect to voting, who have not had their competency restored pursuant to law
  • Persons convicted of a felony, whose civil rights have not been restored. If you have been convicted of a felony and have not had your rights restored, review the clemency information online.

REQUEST AN ABSENTEE BALLOT- to vote by mail in the August election, request your absentee ballot by October 24.
