Using Zoom During a Workshop

Once you are logged in, you can choose how you will join the audio portion of the workshop: by phone or by computer. If you choose the computer option, please read the instructions at Testing Computer or Device Audio prior to the workshop. This page includes a Test Meeting that you can enter to make sure your audio settings are correct.

During the session you will use the chat option to interact with the presenters. Once you have joined the meeting, click the chat button to open the chat screen. By default your messages will go to everyone, but you should have the option to send private messages to the hosts.
