Currently enrolled or employed SF students, faculty, and staff may make a reservation for a study room through the online booking system. Reservations may be made up to two weeks in advance. Users must go to the 2nd floor Reference Desk at the time of their reservation to receive the room reservation card. Failure to show within 15 minutes after the reserved time will result in cancellation of that reservation. Anyone using a study room without a reservation will be asked to yield the room for a group with a reservation.
The Library currently has two types of study rooms. Availability of rooms may change throughout the Spring and Summer 2019 semesters as construction and renovation of the 1st and 2nd floors occur.
All rooms include a table, chairs, two whiteboards, and a television with the ability to hook up a laptop.
